Whether it's an essential journey or a simple trip to the shops, we aim to make your service experience as convenient as possible.

Collecting Your Loan Car

We aim to make the loan car handover process straightforward. When collecting your vehicle, please ensure you bring the following:

• Your driving licence photocard.
• A DVLA check code.

To obtain a DVLA check code, you will need:

• Your driving licence number.
• Your National Insurance number (usually found on payslips or tax documents).
• The postcode registered on your driving licence.

The check code is case-sensitive, so we recommend taking a printout or screenshot. Once generated, a check code is valid for 21 days or until it is used. This is the standard method for sharing your driving record, as the paper counterpart to the driving licence is no longer valid.

We offer our loan cars for a small fee*, and we simply ask that you refuel the vehicle to the level it was provided to you.
